PHOTO TIPS
For the best result, upload a clear, well-lit, eye-level photo with the pet’s full face visible. Avoid blurry images, screenshots, heavy filters, or photos where part of the face is covered. We will contact you if the submitted image cannot be used.

PLEASE NOTE
• Double-check the spelling of the name and memorial years before ordering.
• You must own the photo or have permission to use it.
• Artwork placement may be adjusted slightly to suit the pet’s features and the shape of each product.
• Colors may vary slightly between screens and the finished ceramic pieces.
