Review the product description, selected options, price, and shipping information before ordering. We offer made-to-order and personalized products through fulfillment partners. Product availability and prices may change before an order is placed. If an error or availability issue affects an order, we will contact you to resolve it; if the order cannot be fulfilled, we will refund the payment for the affected items.

Personalization and customer content

Please supply accurate names, spelling, dates, photographs, and other requested details. Follow the instructions on the individual product page. You must have permission to use any photographs, artwork, or other content you submit. You authorize us and our service providers to use that content as needed to prepare and fulfill your order and provide customer support. This permission does not give us ownership of your content or permission to use it in public marketing.

Personalization previews and product images illustrate the intended result. Screen colors and the appearance of printed or engraved products can vary. If a finished product is damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us under our return and refund policy.

Payment and delivery

The checkout shows the order total, including applicable shipping charges and taxes, before payment. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Production and shipping estimates vary by product and destination and are not guaranteed arrival dates. See our shipping policy for details.
